How do I request a Price Match Online?
All online Price Match requests for trustpointoffice.ae are handled by our Customer Care team. Please contact a sales associate through 04 386 2988 or marketing@trustpointoffice,ae for help with your Price Match. After we have received the details about the item and price you want to match, we will verify the information in store before completing the Price Match.
What do you mean by a local competitor?
A local competitor is an organization that sells similar products and operates within the UAE. They must have a physical or online retail store, which is freely open to public in the UAE. They must stock a reasonable range of goods for customers to buy and/or get delivered, with clearly displayed prices.
Does an item have to be stock to receive a Price Match?
Yes. In order to quality for a Price Match, the item has to be in stock at the competitor’s store or website, as well as at trustpointoffice.ae.
Are there any prices that Trust Point Office won’t match?
We will consider matching the price of any product as long as the item is brand new, in stock, and an identical product of the same brand, model is available in our stores. Used products, auction websites, products sold in international stores or websites, closing down sales will not be considered for Price Match. Prices and warranties of electronic products sold by third party vendors on marketplace websites will not be considered for Price Match. Products sold on these websites have to be fulfilled by the brand/website selling it, and their warranty have to be from an authorised partner of the brand, in order for it to be the price matched.
