If you aren’t satisfied with your Trust Point purchase, you may return or exchange it with a Tax Invoice. We accept returns within 3 working days of receipt only your purchase must be in original condition and packaging (including any manuals or parts). Please notify us to begin the process and return the product in its original packaging.
Trust Point Office can only accept returns of products that are unopened, sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please book a time to drop your products in our office and collect your refund. Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or opened. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.Request for refunds will only be made onto the original mode of payment.
As per our company policy we can do refunds, returns and replacement for all office supplies except specific quote based orders, primarily for items delivered outside the UAE. In worst case scenario, if any product is found to be faulty on delivery, we will replace it with a new product at no cost.
